When we worry about what others think of us, it holds us back from being authentic, from following our hearts, and most importantly, from being comfortable with ourselves. When we focus on being—on just being here and now—it takes us out of thought into something closer, a quiet self-intimacy.
From here, movement happens naturally, spontaneously. Whatever we do is trusted because being doesn’t linger in the past or in what’s been done. It doesn’t think about it, question it, judge it, or doubt it. Being is already in the present, being spontaneous.
